Alban Kibarer

Alban Kibarer has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, having founded and owned Kibarer Property since 2009. With expertise in property sales, luxury real estate, and investment, Kibarer Property specializes in Indonesian real estate, particularly in Bali. The company offers a wide range of properties for sale, including villas, houses, and land. Kibarer Property is unique in that it has its own Notary and Lawyer, providing clients with legal advice and ensuring their safety in transactions. In addition to their real estate ventures, Kibarer also worked as the director of Car Design from 2005 to 2013, specializing in brokering used vehicles. More recently, in 2018, Kibarer created K Club Ubud, an innovative accommodation concept in Ubud that combines investment/residential resort elements with 30 villas, a restaurant, jungle bar, spa, kids' club, gym, yoga facilities, and glamping tents.
