Marcelo Solari

Marcelo Solari has extensive experience in leadership and operations management, currently serving as CEO of Kibernum since 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing an operations team of 800 individuals servicing over 60 clients. Previous roles at Kibernum include Gerente Comercial Corporativo and Gerente de Operaciones y Tecnología, focusing on the design and execution of operational areas and promoting innovation within the company. Additional academic experience includes a tenure as a professor at Universidad Central de Chile, where Marcelo taught leadership and management courses. Prior to Kibernum, Marcelo worked in the non-profit sector with Fundación Mercator, developing entrepreneurial skills among youth, and served as a psychologist at Colegio Altamira, designing and implementing teacher training programs. Marcelo holds a Master’s degree in Service Direction and Development from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, along with various specialized courses in leadership, negotiation, and education.
