Cyril Oyuga

Cyril Oyuga is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Research, Monitoring and Evaluation at Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development since January 2010. Prior to this, Cyril worked as a Senior Lecturer at Kenya Technical Teachers College from September 1990 to December 2010. Cyril holds a High School Certificate in Development Economics and International Development from Maseno School, a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and Economics from Kenyatta University, and a Master of Education in Educational Statistics and Research Methods from the University of Leeds, UK.
