Todd Nilson is an experienced founder and community strategist with a robust background in digital engagement and community development. As the founder of Clocktower Advisors, Todd focuses on enhancing online communities to drive customer, employee, and stakeholder engagement. At Kickback Space Inc, Todd serves as a fractional chief community officer, improving communication through innovative video conferencing solutions. Todd is also a co-founder of TalentLed Community Consultancy, dedicated to helping organizations build successful talent communities. Previous roles include director of consultancy at FeverBee Limited and vice president at 7Summits, where Todd managed key client relationships and community activation strategies. With a strong educational foundation in English, Todd holds a Ph.D. (ABD) from the University of Kentucky and advanced degrees from Duquesne University and Penn State University.
