Yseult de la Villarmois

Yseult de la Villarmois has over 20 years of experience in HR roles. Yseult started as a Responsible for Recruitment & Formation at Adecco in 2001 and then worked as a Responsible for Recruitment at Expectra from 2006 to 2007. Yseult was an HR Business Partner and Responsible for HR at SPRING Technologies from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Sage as a People Business Partner and HR Director for Activities. After that, they became the Director of Human Resources at GreenFlex from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they are the HR Director of Kickmaker. Yseult'sroles have involved accompanying the organization in its stage of transformation, deploying HR policies, managing recruitment, and giving advice and training to directors/managers on HR and managerial practices.

Yseult de la Villarmois has a significant education history. In 1999, they obtained a BTS in Action Commerciale from ENACOM, and in 2001, they received a TS+ in Management des Entreprises de Services from the same institution. In 2009-2010, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESCE International Business School, specializing in Gestion des Ressources Humaines, and also completed a Master 2 in Gestion des Ressources Humaines from IAE de Poitiers during the same period. Yseult has also obtained several certifications from Lynda.com since October 2018, including developing adaptable employees and managers, effective listening, executive coaching, hiring a team, and human resources foundations, amongst others.
