Josh Ledgard

Josh Ledgard is a seasoned product and engineering professional with extensive experience in technology and leadership. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Microsoft since April 2024, Ledgard focuses on integrating Copilot AI Extensibility into M365 to enhance Office development accessibility. As the Founder of KickoffLabs since January 2011, Ledgard built a successful marketing technology SaaS company achieving over $1M ARR without external funding, specializing in viral growth campaigns. Previously, as Vice President of Engineering at Telligent from June 2007 to January 2011, Ledgard managed a team of over 30 in developing enterprise-grade social media solutions for major clients like Microsoft and Intel. Ledgard's early career at Microsoft spanned from 2000 to 2007, where contributions included various roles in software development and program management, notably leading teams in creating tools for the Developer Division and testing frameworks for Visual Studio. Ledgard holds a BE degree in Computer Engineering from Vanderbilt University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
