Hailee Haas

Hailee Haas is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Kicksaw, Hailee leads the remote workforce recruitment strategy and manages end-to-end processes. Previously, leadership roles included Team Lead positions at OneTrust and Convercent, where Hailee oversaw recruitment teams while driving hiring initiatives in a rapidly growing SaaS environment. Additional experience includes HR management at TeeTurtle, where Hailee managed comprehensive HR functions for a diverse workforce, as well as various marketing and communications roles in earlier positions. Hailee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Lindenwood University.
