Nelson Kwayu

Nelson Kwayu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing management. Currently serving as the Partnership and Sales Manager at KickStart International since November 2019, Nelson is responsible for creating market development and sales plans across assigned territories while ensuring growth in sales and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Nelson was a Project Marketing Officer at PharmAccess Foundation from July 2015 to June 2019, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies, executing sales programs, and leading a sales team. Nelson's career began as an Area Sales Supervisor at Bonite Bottler Ltd from October 2011 to June 2015, focusing on sales target planning and promotional campaign implementation. Nelson holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Dodoma.
