Natalia Cartagena

Natalia Cartagena has extensive experience in early childhood education and customer service, currently serving as a Lead Teacher at Kid City USA since May 2016 after initially joining as an Assistant Teacher for the Toddlers group. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Associate Cashier at Harbor Freight Tools and La Nacional Corp, focusing on customer needs and managing transactions. Initial career steps included serving as a Counselor Assistant at Sunnyside Community Services and an intern at Make The Road NY, where participation in youth programs was a key focus. Natalia completed a Young Adult Internship Program with Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens and held summer internships at Banco Popular Dominicano and the Dominican Republic Export and Investment Center. Natalia holds an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from LaGuardia Community College and a General Degree from Colegio Arroyo Hondo.
