William Elicson

William Elicson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. William started their career as a Summer Intern in the Fusion Energy Division at Oakridge National Laboratory in 1980. William gained experience as a Data Acquisition Support Technician at The Ohio University Accelerator Laboratory in 1981. William then worked as a Thin Films Laboratory Technician at the Ohio University Electrical Engineering Department and as a Teaching Assistant at the Ohio University Physics Department in 1982.

In 1983, Elicson joined Lam Research as a Process Technician before moving up the ranks as an Applications Engineer I, II, and III, and then as a Senior Applications Engineer from 1986 to 1992. William continued their career at Lam Research, taking on the role of Applications Lab Manager from 1993 to 1995, where they managed a team responsible for demos, process, and hardware development.

From 1996 to 1998, Elicson served as the Lab Support Manager at Lam Research, where they received recognition for their contributions and established and managed a support group for the Applications Department. William also created technical reports, developed a Lab Reference Database, and played a key role in driving significant semiconductor capital equipment sales.

In 1998, Elicson transitioned to comVirtual Technologies as an Internet Applications Developer, a position they held until 2011. William then joined Kidango as the Director of Financial Systems, where they currently work.
