Mark Ponti

Mark Ponti is a seasoned System Administrator at Kidder Mathews with expertise in overseeing the operation of servers, network equipment, and software. Since July 2019, Mark has been responsible for monitoring systems to maintain stability, performing proactive maintenance, and managing outages. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Systems Engineer at DF/Net Research, where responsibilities encompassed VMWare infrastructure management, Azure automation, and network design. Additional roles include technical support and development positions at organizations such as Benaroya Research Institute, Seattle Pacific University, and Premera Blue Cross. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Seattle Pacific University and an Associate of Arts degree from Walla Walla Community College.
