Mary Blagg, CCIM, CPM, RPA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Their most recent position is as the Senior Vice President & Market Leader for Southern California at Kidder Mathews, where they oversee operations in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Property Management at Regent Properties and the Regional Director for West Coast Property Management at BioMed Realty. With a long tenure at CBRE, Mary held the role of Associate Director and specialized in high-rise office projects in downtown San Diego and Kearny Mesa. Throughout their career, Mary has proven to be highly skilled in property management, leasing, marketing, tenant relations, and financial reporting.

Mary Blagg has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance, from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics.
