Mike Fraietta

Mike Fraietta is the Founder and CEO of Kidfolio. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at BNY Mellon from July 2015 to September 2019, where they were also the host of FinTech Friday. In their role as Product Manager, Mike helped connect the company's 50,000+ employees to their tasks, to each other, to content, and to clients on open-source, cloud-based platforms. Their team used JIRA, Confluence, Jive (Aurea), and Symphony (Slack for Wall St.) for product development, road maps, feedback collection, and executive communication.

Mike also served as the Digital Lead for BNY Mellon's People Experience team, which was responsible for improving every aspect of the recruiting, onboarding, working, offboarding, and alumni experiences at the company. In addition to their Product Manager duties, Mike was also responsible for developing and improving BNY Mellon's Global Innovation Centers (physical workspace) and knowledge management around blockchain, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and other technologies.

Mike Fraietta has a Bachelor's in Business: Sport and Recreation Management from Temple University. Mike also has a degree in Geography from West Virginia University.
