Cara Hudson

Cara Hudson brings extensive experience in recruitment, partnerships, and program management within the recreational and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Recruitment and Partnerships at Kids in the Game, Cara has progressed through various leadership roles in the organization since June 2016. Prior to this, Cara held the position of Aquatics Director at Merritt Athletic Clubs, where responsibilities included budget analysis, employee supervision, and program development. Earlier experience at Arlington Echo Outdoor Education Center involved teaching environmental literacy and coordinating summer camp events. Cara holds a Bachelor's of Science in Recreation and Parks Management from Frostburg State University.
