Nicolas Newton

Nicolas Newton is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in managing and scaling teams and enhancing organizational efficiencies. As the Director of Operations at KidsChoice Therapy and Play Center since May 2020, Nicolas successfully implemented HR software and standardized HR policies, significantly improving workplace culture and operational consistency. Previously, as an Operations Manager, Nicolas expanded the team from 4 to 150 employees and grew the client base to over 150 ABA clients in under three years. Experience also includes roles such as IBCCES Certified Cognitive Coach at Brain Balance Achievement Centers, where Nicolas guided children using holistic approaches, and various management, sales, and marketing positions across multiple organizations. Nicolas holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma and has continuously developed marketing skills through academic pursuits.
