Ray Culp

Ray Culp has a vast amount of experience in the field of foster care and community programs. Currently serving as the Executive Director at KI, Ray oversees programs in 8 states and the District of Columbia with a total program revenue of over 33 million dollars. Additionally, Ray has held various positions at KidsPeace National Centers, including Vice President of Programs, District Director, Assistant Director, Program Development Supervisor, and Program Development Specialist. Ray's experience also includes roles at Counseling & Care Services as a Case Manager and at St. Michael's School as a Child Care Worker/Supervisor.
