Harol Cleger

Harol Cleger is currently the KidZania London Support & Ops. Jr Manager at KidZania. Prior to this, Harol worked as a Cloud Engineer and Support Lead at SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands from March 2020 to September 2021. In this role, Harol was responsible for ServiceDesk management and monitoring, delivering 2nd and 3rd line Technical Support, mentoring and managing ServiceDesk members, and project management and delivery. Harol also has experience as a System Administrator (EMEA) at Amobee from March 2017 to March 2020, and as a Support Specialist Consultant at SCOR from March 2016 to March 2017. In these roles, Harol gained experience administering and supporting Windows Server, O365, Active Directory, Group Policies, Windows 10, macOS, Office Suite, and Quest K1000 and K2000 appliances.
