Fernanda Zen Rutzen

Fernanda Zen Rutzen has over 20 years of experience in management and project leadership, currently serving as Project Manager at Kienbaum Executive Consultants since December 2007. Prior professional roles include Manager at TotalBanco from August 2003 to October 2007 and Assessora de Planejamento at Gerdau from October 1999 to July 2003. Fernanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1996-2000), a Post Graduation in Business Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2001-2002), and a certification in Executive Coaching from the ICI Integrated Coaching Institute (2010-2011).
