Hilga Beckendorf

Hilga Beckendorf is an experienced operations director currently with Kier Group since September 2024. Previously, Hilga served as business director at Arcadis from August 2018 to September 2024, overseeing a business unit with £28 million net revenue and managing 360 personnel in the UK and India. Key achievements include leading design engineering solutions for major rail clients. Prior roles include engineering manager for Crossrail's Bond Street Station, project engineer for London Underground, consultant for Thames Water's £4.9 billion investment program, and supervising engineer for the King's Cross redevelopment project. Hilga holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Civil and Structural Engineering from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2005.
