Phillipa Murfitt

Phillipa Murfitt has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Phillipa is currently working as the Head of HR - Programmes at Kier Group since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of HR - Kier Places at Kier Group from September 2020 to November 2022.

Phillipa also has experience as an HR Business Partner at Kier Group's Highways division from November 2016 to September 2020. Before joining Kier Group, they worked as an HR Business Partner at The Vitec Group plc - Videocom from January 2015 to November 2016.

Additionally, Phillipa has HR experience at Servest UK, where they served as an HR Business Partner from September 2013 to January 2015, and as a Senior HR Advisor from September 2012 to September 2013. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Advisor at Servest UK from August 2009 to April 2012.

Phillipa began their career as an Indoors Sales Executive at City Link in 2009 and later transitioned to the role of Telesales Supervisor at M and J Seafoods from July 2007 to May 2009.

Phillipa Murfitt completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from University Campus Suffolk in 2013. In 2011, they obtained a CPP - Level 3 Certificate in Personnel Practice from Suffolk New College.
