Ron Duce

Ron Duce has extensive experience in human resources and project management, having served in various roles at Kiewit since March 1996, including HR Director for Field and Craft Operations, Sr. Project HR Manager, and District HR Manager. Additionally, Ron held the position of Business Development Director at Kiewit. From June 2009 to May 2012, Ron was the Sr. Vice President at Kiewit Building Group Inc. Moreover, Ron participated in the Leadership Omaha program as part of the "Best Class Ever" from 2009 to 2010. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University, earned between 1985 and 1989, and graduated from Central Linn High School in 1982.
