Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in various roles with a focus on health, nutrition, and business management. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer teaching subjects like applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
