Bill Tsao

Bill Tsao has over 10 years of work experience in the technology industry. From 2005 to 2008, they were an Intern at Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Acer as a RD Manager and Software Product Manager. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Acer as a Cloud/IoT Product Manager and was responsible for Cloud and IoT product management and roadmap planning. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Kika Tech, Inc. as a Business Development, Cloud Software Product Manager, and Software Product Planner. As a Senior Product Manager, they led the PM team at the Taipei office, led a mobile apps team, and executed growth hacking method with AARRR concept in the product. Bill also drove App Store Optimization to improve download counts, ratings, and store ranking.

Bill Tsao obtained their Master's degree in Computer Engineering from National Chiao Tung University between 2005 and 2007. Bill also obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University between 2001 and 2005.
