Neil Miller

Neil Miller has a long and varied career in the construction industry. Neil began their career in 1988 as the Director of Construction at Fletcher Construction Company, where they were a key member of the management team in the design, construction and marketing of numerous master planned communities and custom homes in the Monterey and San Benito County area. In 2003, they joined Clark Builders Group, LLC, where they held two Vice President roles, leading the preconstruction and final design of multiple multi-family, mixed use, work force and student housing projects in the Southern California region, and leading the construction team for two Public Private Venture workforce and student housing communities for the ARMY and NASA in Dublin and Mountain View CA with a budget of $104 Million. Neil also served as a Contract Executive for a military Public Private Venture master planned community project. In 2011, they became the General Manager at Bethel Builders, LLC. In 2014, they joined PCM Construction and Consulting Services as Vice President, Project Manager. In 2016, they joined A & R Corporation, Inc. as Vice President of Operations, where they had extensive leadership and management experience in coordination and oversight of project execution, staff support and development of the field operation teams to insure project success. In 2021, they became the Senior Vice President of Construction Services at KIKIKTAGRUK INUPIAT CORPORATION.

Neil Miller obtained an AA in Construction Management from Hartnell College. Neil also holds certifications from the Red Cross for First Aid & CPR Training and from UC San Diego for OSHA 30 Construction Industry Safety. In addition, they have a California Contractors License Classification A General Engineering Contractor and a California Contractors License Classification B - General Building Contractor.
