Karolina Szmidt

Karolina Szmidt is an experienced professional in the packaging engineering field, currently serving as Packaging Engineering Manager at Kilargo Sp. z o.o. since June 2016, after previously holding the role of Packaging Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at Amcor from April 2015 to May 2016, where involvement spanned roles such as Logistics Assistant, Technology Assistant, and Technology and Prepress Trainee. Academically, Karolina holds a Master of Engineering in Papermaking and Poligraphy from Lodz University of Technology (2016-2019), a Master of Arts in Management with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Lodz (2015-2017), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Papermaking and Poligraphy Technology from Lodz University of Technology (2011-2015).
