Ena Tadzic

Team Leader Event Competence Centre at Kilchenmann AG

Ena Tadzic started their work experience in 2009 at CGS Customer Ground Services AG, where they worked as a Customer Service Duty Manager for British Airways until January 2016. In 2017, they joined Kilchenmann AG as a Service Desk Agent and eventually became the Team Leader for the Service Desk in April 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Team Leader in the Event Competence Centre at Kilchenmann AG, starting in October 2020.

Ena Tadzic began their education in 2004 at the University of Roehampton, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology with Sociology. Ena was enrolled in this program until 2007. In 2021, Ena started attending HSO Business School Switzerland and is expected to complete their studies in 2023. Their field of study at HSO Business School is Führungsfachfrau mit eidg.
