Frank Grogan

Frank Grogan has been working at Kilkenny County Council since May 2005 as a Senior Executive Technician, primarily focusing on various housing-related responsibilities. Prior to this, Frank worked at Eircom for nearly 20 years, where Frank served as Plan Design Team Leader in the Drawing Office. Frank holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, and a Leaving Certificate from Saint Kierans College Kilkenny. Throughout their career, Frank has demonstrated proficiency in AutoCad, Revit, and Microstation Geographic Information System, along with expertise in surveying, technical management, and development team procedures.
