Kieran Kelly is an experienced civil engineer with a diverse background in engineering roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at Kilkenny County Council since July 2016, Kieran has previously held positions as a Chartered Civil Engineer at Citius Ltd and a Civil Engineer at ipOne Ltd.
