Kieran Kelly

Kieran Kelly is an experienced civil engineer with a diverse background in engineering roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at Kilkenny County Council since July 2016, Kieran has previously held positions as a Chartered Civil Engineer at Citius Ltd and a Civil Engineer at ipOne Ltd. Kieran's experience also includes working as a Site Agent at Coffey Construction, where responsibilities included managing the Munster Bridges Term Maintenance Contract, and serving as a Utilities Agent at SM Morris on significant road projects. Prior engineering roles in Australia included positions at Antoun Civil Engineering and Diona Pty Ltd, focusing on airport and gas infrastructure. Kieran holds a BEng in Civil Engineering with Construction Management from the University of Edinburgh and a Post Graduate Certificate in Road Maintenance Engineering & Network Management from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, among other educational qualifications.
