Jaap Hoekstra

Jaap Hoekstra has worked in the executive search and recruitment industry since 1987. Jaap started as a Representative at Hotelplan in 1987, then moved on to become a Manager at Start People in 1991. In 2003, they became Managing Director at Sky Hunters and Joint President at International Executive Search Federation. In 2014, they became the CEO of Kilpatrick Group S.A and in 2016, they joined the Board of the International Retained Search Association.
