Barry Rafferty

Barry Rafferty has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Barry is currently serving as the Managing Director of Kilsaran KPRO Facades & Mortars at Kilsaran, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director and Operations Director at Xtratherm from 2007 to 2023. Barry also has experience as a Technical Manager at Xtratherm Ltd from 2002 to 2006 and as a Business Development Manager at Tuscaraora Ireland Ltd from 2001 to 2002. Before that, they worked as a Technical Sales representative at Sika Ireland Ltd in 2000 and as a Technical Manager at Kayfoam Woolfson from 1999 to 2000. Barry'searly work experience includes the role of Polymer Engineering Manager at Kingspan Building Products from 1993 to 1999.

Barry Rafferty completed a B.Sc in Polymer Technology at the Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus from 1989 to 1993. Barry later pursued a Diploma in Business Administration at Staffordshire University from 1997 to 1999.
