Mary Lennon

Mary Lennon has extensive work experiences in various HR roles. Mary started their career in 1995 as Ground Staff at Aer Lingus, where they worked until 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Travel Coordinator at Joe Walsh Tours. In 2003, they joined Granite Services, Inc. as an HR Coordinator, providing HR support to the Ireland and UK businesses until 2007. Mary then worked at Sitel Ireland as an HR Generalist before being promoted to HR Manager, responsible for the HR function for Ireland and Northern Ireland Operations. Currently, Mary Lennon holds the role of Head of Strategic HR at Kilsaran, where they have been since 2021.
