Denny Hylton, MBA

Denny Hylton, MBA has held a variety of Human Resources roles throughout their career. Denny began their career in 1992 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the United States Department of Defense, and progressed to Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Associate Director Human Resources. In 2014, they moved to Corning Incorporated, where they held the role of Human Resources Manager, Commercial and Business Operations. In this role, they provided strategic leadership for commercial business operations activities, and coached and trained a team of 22 HR professionals. Denny also authored and conceptualized processes that cut full life-cycle recruitment "time to fill" by 60%. In 2020, they moved to KIMBALL PHYSICS as a Senior Human Resources Manager.

Denny Hylton holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Touro University with a field of study in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Liberty University. Denny also holds additional certifications from the HR Professionals Association in Administering The Contract, Human Resources Management and Managing a Union Workforce, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from the Central Intelligence Agency.
