Laquenta Jacobs

LaQuenta Jacobs is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Inclusion, Equity and Diversity at Kimberly-Clark since December 2022, LaQuenta previously held the position of Chief Diversity Officer at XPO Logistics, Inc., where LaQuenta also led human resources for the last mile business unit. With a career that includes senior HR roles at Delta Air Lines, The Home Depot, Deloitte, and various other organizations, LaQuenta has consistently demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, organizational design, and employee relations. LaQuenta Jacobs holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University.
