Lucy Fortsch

Lucy Fortsch, Chartered FCIPD, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Global HR Strategy and Chief of Staff at Kimberly-Clark since September 2015. Lucy has successfully led various initiatives, including the implementation of Workday Recruiter across EMEA and the development of a regional Centre of Excellence for Talent Acquisition. Prior to this role, Lucy held multiple positions at Kimberly-Clark from 2007 to 2015, where notable contributions included leading the European implementation of Workday and partnering effectively with senior leaders on talent management. Lucy's earlier career includes HR management roles at Pegasus Solutions and East Sussex County Council. Academically, Lucy holds a Master's degree in Personal and Development from the University of Brighton, complemented by A-Levels in Sociology, Psychology, and English Literature from Seaford Head Community College.
