Sebastian Caffarelli - Data Analytics

Sebastian Caffarelli is an experienced professional in Data Analytics, currently serving as Associate Director of Data & Analytics for North America at Kimberly-Clark since October 2024. Caffarelli previously held multiple roles at The Workshop from November 2020 to November 2024, including Engineering Manager and Analytics Platform Engineering Lead, where responsibilities involved leading analytics platform teams and utilizing technologies such as Cloudera Hadoop and Tableau. Prior to that, Caffarelli co-founded 8 Days Week in 2017, providing flexible co-working and business acceleration services. From 2006 to 2020, Caffarelli rejoined Kimberly-Clark as a Senior Solution Architect & IT Agile Analytics Lead, working on machine learning and business opportunities in the LATAM region, and has extensive experience in business intelligence and IT development across various companies. Caffarelli holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from UADE and completed a Digital Immersion Program in Digital Technologies at Digital House.
