Ray Fucini

Ray Fucini has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Ray began their career at Sunesis Pharmaceuticals in 2002, where they worked as a Scientist until 2008. Ray then joined Sirna Therapeutics - Merck & Co., Inc as a Research Scientist, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they moved to Carmot Therapeutics, Inc. and held the role of Director of Technology until 2023. Currently, Fucini is the Senior Director of Discovery Technology at Kimia Therapeutics.

Ray Fucini obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Botany and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, attending from 1990 to 1992. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Molecular Biology at the University of Iowa, completing their studies from 1995 to 1998.
