Stephanie Lewis

Stephanie Lewis, SPHR has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Stephanie is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Kimray, Inc since September 2022. Prior to this, Stephanie held the position of Director Organizational Development at Cytovance Biologics from March 2020, and earlier was a Senior Manager of Organizational Development from July 2018. Stephanie also served as the Manager Talent Management at Chaparral Energy, LLC from April 2014 to July 2018. Before that, Stephanie worked as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Devon Energy from November 2012 to April 2014.

Stephanie's earlier experience includes roles such as Assistant Vice President of Learning & Development at Vericrest Financial, Inc. (Formerly CIT Group) from August 2009 to October 2012. Prior to Vericrest, they worked at CIT as a Talent & Strategy Program Specialist from 2007 to 2009 and as a Training Manager from 2005 to 2007. Stephanie also has experience in academia, having served as the International Administrative Director at Oklahoma City University from 2002 to 2005. Stephanie started their career as an Instructor at the University of New Mexico from 1999 to 2002 and at the University of Oklahoma from 1996 to 2000.

Stephanie Lewis, SPHR, holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Communication from The University of New Mexico, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Stephanie also has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Oklahoma, which they earned from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, Stephanie has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
