Kimberly Goodman

Kimberly Goodman has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Kimberly began their career in 2001 as a Seniors Coordinator for the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, where they successfully improved key performance indicators. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager at Park Place Manor and later became the Regional Director of Sales at Chartwell Retirement Residences. In this position, they were responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and NOI targets for multiple retirement residences in the Greater Toronto area. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Growth at Kinark Child and Family Services.

Kimberly Goodman attended the University of Guelph from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Women's Studies. Kimberly then went on to study at Seneca Polytechnic from 2000 to 2001, specializing in Social Service Worker, Gerontology.
