Martin Bilstein

Martin Bilstein has a significant amount of experience in the software and technology industry. Martin currently works at Kinaxis as the Corporate Director of Kinaxis Germany GmbH. Martin also holds the position of Regional Vice President, DACH Business, where they are responsible for building structures, processes, and teams to support growth and customer success. Prior to this, they were the Regional Vice President, Europe, Sales at Kinaxis, where they led and grew a talented sales team dedicated to providing supply chain planning software solutions.

Before joining Kinaxis, Bilstein held the position of Vice President DACH Business at Syncron, where they led the organization in DACH, helping manufacturers improve profitability and customer satisfaction through the digital transformation of global service supply chains. Martin also worked at Infor as the Vice President of Infor Nexus EMEA, Manufacturing Industry, and as the Regional Vice President DACH, Infor Nexus, where they successfully built and managed sales organizations.

Bilstein's work experience also includes a role at IBM as a Senior Account Executive, Major Accounts - Sterling Commerce, where they were responsible for sales activities and revenue streams for major manufacturing accounts in DACH. Additionally, they co-founded and grew the abbino supply chain software company (now known as Nicando) and held various roles in software sales at Carl Meister GmbH.

Martin'searly career included a position as an Inside Sales Manager at Gerda Haushaltstechnik. Throughout their career, Bilstein has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully growing businesses, implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Martin Bilstein holds a degree in Diplom-Betriebswirt from Ruhr University Bochum. Martin has also obtained additional certifications in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers and Communicating Across Cultures from LinkedIn in 2021.
