Megan Brady

Megan Brady is the current Chief People Officer at Kincentric. Megan has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent development and retention. Megan has a proven track record of driving performance through their work in hiring, talent assessment and review, annual talent and compensation programs, and leadership development. Prior to joining Kincentric, Megan was the HR Director at Medline Industries, Inc., where they oversaw all human resources functions for the company. Before that, they held various HR roles at Tate & Lyle, JLL, and Jones Lang LaSalle. Megan began their career in 2001 as an administrator at CorSolutions. Megan holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from XYZ University.

Megan Brady has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from DePaul University. Megan is currently working towards their PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the University of Iowa.

They work with David Perna - Americas Regional Leader, Tom Friedrich - HR & Talent Advisory Americas Practice Leader, and Adam Nolan - Chief Financial Officer. Megan Brady reports to Jamie Macarthur, Global Head of Kincentric.
