Mary Belmonte-Lindhartsen is an experienced psychotherapist with over 35 years in program development, counseling, and clinical leadership. Currently serving as a psychotherapist at Kinder Konsulting since June 2019, Mary has previously held significant roles such as Director of Program Management at Mission 21 MN, where a comprehensive program for youth survivors of sex trafficking was developed and implemented. Additionally, Mary directed programming at The Lifeboat Project and served as Executive Director at New Hope, focusing on counseling across various demographics and community partnership initiatives. Extensive expertise includes work with survivors of abuse and trauma, complemented by clinical roles at Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System and Pathways Counseling Center, along with academic experience as an adjunct faculty member.
