Jen Bae

Jen Bae is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth marketing, corporate social responsibility, and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President of Growth Marketing and Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability at KinderCare Learning Companies since September 2017, Jen focuses on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Prior roles include Vice President of Marketing Programs at ChangeCast, Senior Director of HR at Banana Republic/Gap Inc., and various leadership positions at DeNA, Gap Inc., Deloitte Consulting, and American Express. Jen holds an MBA in Business Administration from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Political Economy of Industrialized Societies from the University of California, Berkeley.
