Christian Antal has been working in the corporate world since 2001. From 2001 to 2006, they were a Venture Capital Analyst at Norsk Hydro ASA, Hydro Technology Ventures. In 2002, they took on a Marketing Analyst/Intern role at Color Kinetics/Phillips Lighting. In 2007, they became Owner and General Manager of CA Technology Systems AS, where they worked on advanced R&D and product development in mechanical engineering. In 2010, they were Founder, CEO, and COO of Kindernay Corporation, scaling production of ebike gearhubs. In 2014, they became a Non Executive Board Member at Tronrud Engineering AS, where they supported the founder-owner and helped stabilize and turn around a company in critical decline. In 2020, they acquired CNC Produksjon, a business with 30 years of profitable operations, and they are currently the Owner and Chairman.
Christian Antal's education history began in 1984 when they attended St. Sunniva Skole until 1993. Christian then attended Kristelig Gymnasium from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, they began their Master in Business and Economics at BI Norwegian Business School, which they completed in 2000. During this time, they also attended Prague University of Economics and Business in 1999, completing MSc courses as part of an exchange study program. In 2001, they attended Texas A&M University - Mays Business School, completing MBA and PhD courses as part of an exchange study program. Christian then completed a Master of Science with Honors at BI Norwegian Business School in 2002. Christian also attended the University of Oslo (UiO) in 2002, completing a Certificate program in entrepreneurship. In 2005, they attended Inter-University Program (IUP) and Tsinghua University to study Mandarin Chinese, completing their studies in 2006. In 2014, they attended Babson College and GET, Innovation Norway, completing an Executive program and Certificate in entrepreneurship, respectively.
