Renate Niessen has extensive experience in the travel industry, primarily with American Express Global Business Travel since September 1999, where positions include Global Consulting Online Booking Tool Relationship Manager and Outsourced Travel Program Manager EMEA, overseeing Concur Travel implementation across 31 countries and managing travel agency implementations in Africa.
