Natalie Weijzig has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the childcare and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Personnel Planner at Humankind Kinderopvang En Ontwikkeling since January 2016, Natalie's responsibilities include workforce planning, payroll processing, and conducting performance reviews for flexible workers. Prior roles include Coordinator of the Invalpool at SKE Kinderopvang, where coordination and implementation of temporary staffing needs were managed, and Early Childhood Educator, with a focus on both daycare and after-school care.
