Robert Berg

Robert Berg has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Robert is currently the CFO at Kindeva Drug Delivery. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO at Meridian Medical Technologies. Robert also served as the Vice President on the Board of Directors at CoreRx Cares, a non-profit organization, and held the position of CFO at CoreRx, Inc. Additionally, they worked as the VP/CFO at HIKMA PHARMACEUTICALS USA INC. and Boehringer Ingelheim, where they led various finance and controlling roles. Other notable experiences include being the Treasurer/Secretary on The Siemon Company Board of Directors and serving as the Executive Director of Finance in North America for Reckitt Benckiser. Furthermore, they held the position of CFO-USA/Corporate Controller North America/Controller USA at Benckiser Consumer Products. Robert Berg's early career included multiple financial roles at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and serving as a board member and treasurer of the Boehringer Ingelheim Credit Union.

Robert Berg began their education at Assumption University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Business Studies in 1981. Robert then pursued further education at the University of New Haven, obtaining an MBA in Business Administration & Finance in 1985.

In 2006-2007, Robert became an IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, acquiring skills in process improvement. From 2007-2008, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business for Executive Education in Leadership and Change.

In 2013-2014, Robert expanded their education by attending two different institutions. Robert completed Executive Education in New Market Development/Business Growth Strategy at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and Singapore, China. Additionally, they served as a guest speaker at Miami University's Farmer School of Business, delivering a talk on Economics.
