Bianca Griffin-Richards

Bianca Griffin-Richards is an experienced education HR specialist recruiter at The Kindezi Schools since 2017 and a business owner at both Shadow Academics and AllY Society, the latter focusing on unifying and empowering diverse communities since its launch in Spring 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a music teacher at Latin Grammar School and as a music specialist at Fulton County Schools. Bianca holds a Doctor's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of West Georgia, a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Savannah College of Art and Design, and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
