Rick Russell

Richard Russell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Kindness at KindKatch since September 2020, Richard is responsible for organizing processes and creating systems that enable organizations to capture and share moments through storytelling. Prior roles include Operations Director and Operations Manager at Goldfish Swim School Franchising, LLC from January 2018 to April 2020, and various leadership positions at Moosejaw Mountaineering from June 2012 to January 2018, including Senior Retail Operations and Training Manager. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Ohio State University, a Doctor of Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from DePaul University.
