Starting in 2011 at Tesco Stores Ltd, Chi worked as a Marketing Manager, focusing on customer acquisition for Tesco Direct. Moving on to Moonfruit in 2013, Chi held leadership positions as Head of Campaigns and Head of Customer Marketing.
