Gabriel Nuriel

Gabriel Nuriel is the CEO, CMO, and Founder of HOME PHYSICIANS GROUP since May 2005, while also serving as Medical Director for multiple healthcare organizations, including Samaritan Care Hospice (2011 - Present), Kindred at Home (2015 - Present), and several Consulate Health Care facilities. Additionally, Gabriel has been involved as a Medical Director at the Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park and Terra Vista Rehabilitation Center since 2014, and Guardian Care & Rehabilitation Center since 2017. Gabriel is a practicing physician at Primary Care of Central Florida and holds a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Nova Southeastern University. Gabriel completed a Family Residency Program and a Rotating Internship at Florida Hospital East Orlando, and earned a Bachelor of Biomedical Chemistry from Oral Roberts University.
